Attorney Clark has extensive litigation and trial experience and appellate experience. He has represented Fortune 500 companies, commercial and private lenders, home and automobile insurers, title insurers, municipalities, elected officials, members of law enforcement, small business owners, and individuals.
In 1998 Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly considered a case in which Attorney Clark was appellate counsel for an automobile insurer to be significant enough to be included in it’s Most Important Opinions of the Year. In 2001 Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly considered another case in which Attorney Clark was one of the trial attorneys who represented the defendant City of Brockton, Massachusetts to be significant enough to be included in its Biggest Defense Verdicts of the Year.
